The Story Behind Century 21 Horizon

Century 21 Horizon was founded by two gentlemen from Canada. One of them brought years of real estate experience, having owned a Century 21 franchise in Alberta, while the other had a rich background in business ownership, contracting, large-scale developments, project management, and e-commerce. Gary, the franchise owner, contributes his extensive real estate sales expertise, recognized by several awards during his time running the Century 21 franchise in Canada.

Both individuals relocated to San Felipe with their wives to enjoy retirement, where fate brought them together as friends. They each purchased properties in El Dorado Ranch and constructed new homes with the same general contractor, who has now become one of their most trusted partners. 

Feeling a bit restless, they identified a substantial need for a global real estate franchise in San Felipe. By merging the strength of Century 21 with their exceptional work ethic and outstanding marketing abilities, they crafted a recipe for success. They also brought on board a local bilingual woman with experience in real estate and various other skills, making her another vital addition to the team.
